Ready to register

Please bring these with you when you come to the centre and we will be able to process your child's enrolment

• Birth certificate

• Immunisation Certificate (back of Plunket book)

• WINZ Childcare subsidy form (only if you have it otherwise we can help you with this). 

We will go through our enrolment form with you when you arrive
